Ellie has worked in research for 15 years working with clients such as RBS, Foreign & Commonwealth Office, Npower, Pfizer, GSK and Aviva. Ellie has specialised in social intelligence for the past three years, working with brands to help them gain insights from the open digital conversations and social media activities being had by consumers. Ellie is passionate about integrating the observational data collected via digital listening with surveying approaches, to not only enhance insight and provide efficiencies but to also allow for consumer, not researcher, driven market research surveying.
