Abi has led the development of social strategies for brands and businesses across a range of sectors, always inviting clients to forget all assumptions and to remove themselves from ‘what-they-want-to-say’ to drive a truly consumer-first approach. Working with a number of tools and partners, Abi and her team have designed and implemented social insights projects for the likes of Bodyform, Ecover and Babbel, before creating frameworks for integrating data into a cross-platform comms approach.

She believes the key to driving measurable change in the long-term is ensuring that the right structures are in place for insight to become meaningful across all areas of a client’s business.
